TPL Education has a refund policy for our students. All students will get 100% of the tuition fee receivable at the institution and a refund from the health insurance company in the event of a visa refusal. ​

Processing time depends on the procedures of the educational institution and the health insurer. TPL Education requests refunds to be send directly back to the student's account without being credited to the agent's account for transparency in the our process.
